From overlooked
to overbooked.

The problem

Simon Sinek's instructors were world-class. Their content wasn't.

Poorly lit portraits. Generic bios. Next to Simon's gravitas, they looked like ill-equipped support staff. The sales team were constricted. Unable to position them as premium offerings because they didn't have the content to support the claim.

The company was leaving real money on the table. Missed gigs and countless hours invested trying to prove themselves.

The shift

From support act to headliner.

We replaced scattered and unaligned assets with a cohesive visual language that communicated the calibre of their roster. This gave the sales team something they could actually sell, and customers someone they could actually feel. The result was confident bookings. Less work landing gigs, and more time delivering them.

We overhauled their content plan. As the team was never in the same place, we travelled to them. Across countries and cities, each instructor got an up-levelled profile: editorial portraits and signature content that gave them a formidable presence of their own.

We then stepped into the everyday life of their remote team. Documenting the huddles, dinners, and candid in-between moments that revealed the beauty of those who worked behind the scenes.

We also attended company off-sites, creating a full visual immersion, stamping the culture Simon's company was renowned for talking about.

The Infinite Game

"Beyond talented. Pete excels in his craft and has a unique ability for bringing out the best in people."
Simon Sinek
Outcome one

Same expertise. Different perception.

Professional speakers. Experts worth booking. When the sales team sent a link, the work sold itself. Not getting Simon didn't feel like a loss. It felt like discovering something better than they expected. The whole business elevated.

Outcome two

Rates rose. Bottom line increased.

With the instructors properly positioned, the company could command what they were actually worth. Bookings increased. Rates rose. The ceiling lifted. Every name on the roster became the right answer.

Bonus outcome

A culture they could see, and feel.

By attending off-sites and capturing the team in real moments, we gave the company the visual language of the culture Simon had always championed. They had assets that proved they weren't supporting players in someone else's mission. They were an integral part. Priceless for morale.

The story was always there.
We just made it impossible to miss.
In closing

The instructors were always world-class. They just needed assets to prove it. We built something worthy of them. The whole company, properly seen. Exactly as they deserved.
